Summary: After booking a terrible room at another motel and getting a refund. We booked this place. Had everything we needed in a great location close to anything you would need and a great view. Room was clean and updated.

Summary: If you have accessibility issues, make sure to call ahead. When we arrived our room was down a large flight of stairs, which I am unable to navigate. They were able to accommodate thankfully although the walk to the new room was very long. I appreciate the last minute assist. Everything else was nice.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The location was lovely and close to a lot in Ucluelet. Marina was beautiful at night. There are two parking lots - lot 2 is gravel so its a bit tricky to maneuver but doable. We look forward to visiting again in future trips! Great price & great location! Our only concern was that the bathroom door was off the track and was difficult to close/use (would not close unless you lift it up and tried to lock it in place).

Summary: Older hotel and it has zero soundproofing between rooms. When the people next door went upstairs into their loft, I thought they were in our room! During the night i could here snoring from that room as well!

Summary: Amazing stay! Got an upgrade to a better room when we checked in. Service was very friendly and efficient, we had an issue with the bathtub plug and they fixed it immediately.
