Positive: Easy access to town by driving or walking. Very clean room with good amenities.
Negative: Luckily the people staying around me were quiet as the walls were very thin. Lots of stairs.
Summary: More relaxed choice than Tofino.

Positive: The big room with double king bathtub, cleanliness and location only 3mn from the downtown Ucluelet village. Friendly welcoming staff.
Negative: The bed that was squicky/clanky. We told our host about it as we felt this was a possible bed frame issue more so than the mattress itself.

Negative: 3 flights of outside stairs to our room in the rain! Walls are thin and we could hear people talking next door. Location is next to a storage yard where 6-8 large dogs run loose during the day barking.
Summary: While the room was comfortabable the location was not good.

Positive: Rooms were outstanding, far exceeding our expectations. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities we expected.
Negative: A lot of stairs to get to the rooms. Not a problem if you are in reasonable condition, but, as noted by the owner, not suitable for anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs.
Summary: The best value accommodation in the Tofino/Ucluelet area.
