Summary: We all have a great time; the house and the amenities were great. The only problem we have that it was filthy. We paid 200.00 dollars for the cleaning fee, but I think you need to hire a better company or person to do this job. The first thing we did was going to the store to buy cleaning supplies and spend two days cleaning the place. If I can only upload pictures, 🤢 I call customer service to report the problem. Everything else was perfect, and we have a great time planning to come next year. Hopefully, they do a better job cleaning the property.

Summary: Wonderful view on canal, nice pool, roomy for wheelchair .The only complaint was cleaning fee....you need a NEW cleaning person as it was NOT clean....disappointed.

Summary: Beautiful location on a canal with beautiful views. We very much enjoyed our stay here in duck Key. The community is nice walks and privacy. The pool was very nice addition, and the Canal views were gorgeous. We were affected by tons of insects/ “no See-m’s“ and we did get bit up from, but understand this area in the keys are Known for it. Overall, a very exceptional time and property
