As you walk-in, the tile throughout creates a sense of openness. The décor is nautical with creative touches. The living room boasts a leather couch and loveseat with a 55-inch smart TV and free WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, glass-top stove/oven, microwave, a farm sink, and an island with 4 barstools. There is a toaster oven and a flex brew coffee maker that makes 12 cups or a K-cup single brew. We love to cook so the kitchen is fully equipped with an array of spices. With families in mind, the dining table seats six.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with an advance gel memory mattress, 32-inch smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen size beds with an advance gel memory mattress, 32-inch smart TV and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Let us not forget the inside washer & dryer, linens, and pool towels.
When in season, you can harvest your own fruit. There are limes, mangos, papayas, and pineapples. With easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Ocean, this home is perfect for anglers and the water sports enthusiast. The deep waterway has a straight route to the Gulf with no winding canals. Within minutes in either direction and no idle zones, is the 7-mile bridge and Vaca Cut to enter the Atlantic Ocean. If there are rough seas in the ocean, the Bayside is typically calmer. The Gulf is where you are going to find lobster and excellent conditions for kayaking and paddle boarding.
After fishing all day, nothing is like cooling off in the pool haggling who caught the biggest fish. Keep in mind, the home has ample outdoor living space featuring a large deck with lounge chairs, tiki hut with dining table that seats six, two swings, 45-inch TV including music channels and two Adirondack chairs on the dock. There is a gas BBQ grill, tiki bar w/ stools, bait freezer, ice machine (makes 300 pounds of ice), fish cleaning table, electric, water and pressure washer, locked storage room, two bicycles, three kayaks (2 singles, 1 tandem) with life vests, 2 inflatable paddle boats with kayak seat attachments (you can use these off the dock, take on your boat and paddleboard at the sandbar or take them to the beach), four beach chairs, two fishing poles with tackle, and a bean bag toss game. Summary: We stayed in this house for a week. It was lovely. The house is fully stocked with everything you can need, including an abundance of towels and blankets. The backyard is relaxing and beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Had one question during our stay and the owner got back to me in minutes. Overall wonderful!

Summary: Property is cute, clean, and super convenient as being in such a central location on Marathon that we could go anywhere in 5-15 minutes. Same with water, quick access to either pass or under 7 mile. Boat launch a couple blocks away. Owner was quick to reply and helpful. Pet friendly and very nice path to walk dog.

Summary: My husband and I stayed with 2 friends for 7 nights. We had an excellent experience from booking to check out. We came by boat so were able to take advantage of the 60' dock which had power and water. It was so nice just walking out the back door and hopping on the boat to experience all the water activities the Keys have to offer from Islamorada to Key West (would highly recommend snorkeling at Sombrero Reef)! The house is set up so comfortably for 2 couples, we could spend time together or have enough space to be on our own. To be completely honest we spent most of our time while at the home in the back yard using the Tiki hut to enjoy our beautiful surroundings. The house is fully stocked with everything you could want or need including bikes, beach chairs, a pool, coolers, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and our favorite was the commercial grade ice maker out in the tiki bar, we would just fill up the boat coolers in the morning and take off for the day! Danielle was an excellent host. The few questions we had from booking to check out were usually answered within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this property! We cannot wait to bring our adult children back with us next time!

Summary: Well first off. They were ready early. House was very clean. Location was excellent. The boat ramp was a short trip down the road. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay down in the keys.

Summary: We arrived at the house and pretty much everything was as it said in the description. Clean and organized, really nice place. Easy to dock the boat. Saw a manatee couple hanging out in the channel everyday. The only negative thing i could say was the mattresses were a little soft. We actually hung outside more than inside so.Really awesome place!outsmo
