Positive: The location was around 15-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the bus stop. There is a 7-11 nearby and a laundromat too. It is close to the beach. The owner was very lovely and understanding and went out of his way to help.
Negative: The door to the balcony wouldn't open, but this wasn't too much of an issue.

Positive: Very good value little house overlooking a fishing harbour in a quiet area.
Negative: It was somewhat difficult to find with an incorrect location given on Google. Also, rather confusing as there are two listings of the same property and unless the whole house is booked, you could be sharing all facilities other than a small bedroom with strangers. Helpful host did take care of us, however.
Summary: Good value and a nice location overlooking some fishing boats.
