This condo is located on the top floor (3rd floor) with dazzling pond and canal front views. Enjoy the 4 miles of boardwalk around the resort that you can walk or fish from. Jeanette's Pier in Nags head is only 3 miles away. Enjoy lounging by the community pool and hot tub or enjoy the free fitness center. Just 2 miles from the waterfront shops in downtown Manteo and close to restaurants, seafood markets, shops and of course the beach!
Single Level: Enjoy the great room flooded with natural light and cathedral ceilings with flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, access to a deck with comfy seating and canal views! This condo comes with 1 covered parking spots (2 vehicles max) for car, boat or Jet Ski trailer and a boat slip can be rented from the Pirate's cove Office (subject to availability). This property is on the top floor and there is not an elevator.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
