Summary: Never made our bed or did amy cleaning the day we were out all day. Stayed 2 nights. Was told by front desk they only do rooms on the second day. Was not impressed that bed was not made or coffee refilled Should not have to ask for filling of things. Thats why i stay in a hotel. Not Impressed at all. Not a fan of stairs either as we are elderly. Room was nicely decorated and lighted. Beds were ok. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of things.

Summary: The inconvenience of not having a elevator and not telling us when i personally called for my 85 year old mom that had to carry luggage to second floor was horrible as we were there to bury my dad and had 6 rooms booked

Summary: The room I was in looked like it had all new furnishings. The thermostat also looked new. It looked very nice. They have chairs in the centre courtyard area and a breakfast is included in your stay. Checkin was friendly and efficient. They have a pool and a sauna I believe but I did not check those out as I was tired. There's no elevator that i could see which is the only tging I missed.
