Positive: The beach is really beautiful, and if you have the all-inclusive option, they are not stingy at all with drinks and beverages, which we appreciated. There is a nice swimming pool; it is a bit small, but it works well. They also organize daily activities by the pool, such as bingo and other games. Breakfast was good overall, especially because you can order omelets and eggs made to your preference. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. In general, I think the hotel offers fairly good value for money—you almost get what you pay for.
Negative: Lunch was very average, and dinner was almost inedible. The self-service buffet had a very poor selection, and although there are two restaurants on site, it was almost impossible to book them unless you did it very early in the morning. Because of this, we never got the chance to eat at the restaurants, and the buffet dinner was awful(except for the tortilla soup which was quite nice) . It was also very hard to get the staff’s attention to serve drinks at our table during dinner. The room itself was very average. The air conditioning was quite noisy, and for those who care, the sink to wash your hands is located outside the toilet area in the room. Another negative experience was with one staff member who refused to remove my all-inclusive plastic bracelet, even after I explained that I am allergic to plastic and get a skin reaction. He told me I would have to pay $100 if I lost the bracelet and spoke without care or respect regarding my allergy. Fortunately, he was an exception, as the rest of the staff were friendly.

Negative: the choice of food lunch and dinner the salads good but cooked food not great
