3 Bedroom House in Spring Hill

Under new management it's all about the experience. We're always looking to stand out in the best possible way. The owners have teamed up with a local Superhost and Property Manager Michelle to add a more personal and responsive experience to compliment your stay.
Plenty of activities in the area, Buccaneer Bay and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park are less than two miles from home. Visiting the springs is a must, Two and a half miles away is Delta Woods Park for scenic walks and picnics.
The space
A few things stand out, with an open floor plan that flows, our home is spacious and wraps around the kitchen with access to a large Lanai, outdoor dining area and heated pool. Nestled back near the 7th tee of Oak Hills Golf Club for a very private stay! Plenty dining options and shopping within just a few miles - High Speed Wifi everywhere, large screen SMART TV in every room. Something for everyone to spread-out and re-charge from the everyday.
Guest access
no real restrictions inside the home, we have two locked closets for maintenance and the owners otherwise this home is yours during your stay. Keep you car out of the hot sun and pull into the garage if you like.
PLEASE, NO PARKING ON THE GRASS, we have sprinklers.
Other things to note
You will be provide with access information including Wifi the day before check-in
People you may see on the property include:
- Rob the pool guy, usually he comes on Wednesday but it's not a rule as his schedule changes.
- Landscaper Steve and Stephens Lawn care, usually Tuesday or Wednesday
We have three wifi access points that may look like Alexa devices, One in the Master Bedroom, one in the Queen Bedroom. If you want full access to Wifi don't unplug them.
We respect your privacy, please respect our home. To protect our home and investment, we do have cameras on the exterior at points of entry and facing out. We are not here to watch you, it's only protection for just in-case. Thank you for your understanding up-front. If you have any concerns with this please don't book.

Summary: The overall experience was very good and communication with host/ or property manager was excellent. The home was very clean and quiet with no complaints! The pool was well maintained and there was plenty of room to sit, relax and play! Fortunately we had no problem with the construction of a new house being constructed in the lot next door! We will be back again! The location is perfect as we have stayed in the area for the last few years! My compliments to the host and I hope they enjoyed the way we left the house as close to the way we found it!

Summary: This is a really nice house, and a great big pool. We enjoyed our stay, nice neighborhood, quiet and the house had everything we needed. This was a really good experience, even though I messed up and reserved the wrong weekend at first, but Michelle was great and she was able to fix my mistake.Thank you Michelle.

Summary: Candida’s Retreat was perfect for our family vacation. We spent our time in the pool, which was the perfect temperature. Our toddler loved it! The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and the grill was fabulous. We plan to book again in the future! Michelle was a great host, was super responsive and helpful. Fantastic hospitality! Summary: This property is quite private and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The pool/lanai area is absolutely the highlight here.

Summary: We loved our stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with Publix, Sam's, etc close by. The pool is very big and private. The grill is awesome too and we enjoyed being able to grill for our 4th of July celebration. There was plenty of room inside for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The house had pretty much everything you need with regards to dishes, cutlery, etc. Plenty of pots and pans, etc. Also plenty of parking (we loved being able to park inside the garage!). Only a few minutes from Weeki Wachee and about 15 minutes from Pine Island. Communication with Michelle was great-very prompt in answering my questions. Would stay here again if we head to that area.

Summary: Home was every bit as nice as the photos. Open plan with two living rooms and nice golf course views. Quiet area and easy to get around. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with and was able to get the pool heater turned on. Highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in the area.
