Summary: This hotel is very close to campus activities; comfy beds; clean; and super friendly helpful employees. Reasonably priced and decorated with school spirit & updated carpet, fixtures, etc.

Summary: Room service was available after two days’ stay. Fine with me. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Water pressure was real low in the shower. The flapper was broken in the toilet so I had to open the lid and manually place the flapper on the drain hole. Maintenance was not available over the weekend to get a new flapper. I thought about going to Lowe’s and buying one myself but I decided against that for a couple of reasons. I really thought the hotel would give us a discount of some sort. This is my second time in two months we’ve used this hotel, and sadly it probably will be our last. It was no fault of the staff. They were great.

Summary: I’m not sure if they offer room service because there was no tag placed on our door one way or another. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. There was no glass tray in the microwave. But it’s like they have a mini kitchen which is great. It was very clean and a friendly staff. We are scheduled to go there again in July.

Summary: Location: Great! Close to the Univ of Arkansas, highways and dining. Conveniently located near fast food, Starbucks, and a convenience store and gas station in parking lot for last minute water runs or snack runs. Staff: Friendly, welcoming and helpful! Hotel: Hotel was clean and our suite met our needs for the 3 days we were in Fayetteville however the bed was firm and not comfortable for our backs. We woke up sore each day -but our family doesn't do well on a firm mattress. Bathrooms were updated and clean and water pressure was good. Parking: Was easy.

Summary: We did not actually stay at the hotel. Upon arriving we found out that only a few rooms were pet friendly and they had none left, despite my request. However the man was helpful in finding a different hotel entirely pet friendly.

Summary: It was an increadbly NICE facility. Recently remodeled, all NEW and - VERY REASONABLE charges! We will stay there again - when we visit family in the Fayetteville area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming...AND, I loved seeing the General Manager's office. A Man Cave Office! Kinda, Hog Heaven too!! THANK YOU Sean
