Welcome to The Rally House! We're as close as you can get to Centennial Park without sleeping on a park bench. Experience world class mountain biking and cyclo-cross facilities right out your front door and then settle in for cozy accommodations, including a private hot tub. We're not just here for the bikers though! We're conveniently located just a 0.5 mile off of I-49 & only 1.5 miles from the U of A. You'll feel nestled in the hills and trees of the Ozarks while being conveniently in town!
As you arrive upon the property you'll go up a long gravel driveway to a flat parking area for up to 3 vehicles. You'll enter our home via smart lock at the front door which is located on the newly stained black deck.
When you walk inside you're greeted with tall ceilings, open concept living area and lots of beautiful natural light pouring in from our large windows. The living area is to your right and has an oversized sectional sofa, modern electric fireplace, game cabinet & large smart TV for streaming from your own accounts. You might also enjoy simply staring out the great big window at the large mature pine trees swaying in the Arkansas breeze.
Across the room you go down a few steps to the newly updated, modern industrial, kitchen/dining area. Here you'll find dining for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking and baking needs. This is also where you'll access the back patio, yard and hot tub! The back yard is fully fenced for your furry travel mates and has lot of fun stuff to do including hammocking, fire pit, outdoor dining area and of course enjoying the massage of the hot tub jets.
Venturing back inside you'll find 2 cozy accommodating bedrooms, both with queen size beds and plenty of plush pillows. Both bedrooms have TVs with amazon fire sticks for streaming from your own accounts. Bedroom 2 has a designated work space in case you need to tune into work for a bit.
In the hallway between the bedrooms you'll find full size washer/dryer for guest use if you need it. You'll also find the 1 full size bathroom that is beautifully designed with a large walk in glass shower, floating vanity & beautiful natural light pouring in from the obscure glass window.
We're confident you'll enjoy all of the details we've put into our home!
* Guests will have access to the entire property minus a few locked cabinets for cleaner supplies.
* We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.
* Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.
