Summary: I checked into the hotel and discovered a vehicle below my room with an alarm going off. I informed the hotel who mentioned that the alarm had been going off for a whole day. Despite this, no action was taken. I requested to move rooms due to the noise disturbance. Initially, I was told that I couldn’t be moved to a different class of room due to booking through Hotels.com. After further discussion, I was eventually moved to a quieter room. The noise disturbance was not addressed promptly, impacting the quiet enjoyment of the stay. The process of changing rooms was more difficult than expected.

Summary: We were visiting family in a small town nearby that has no lodging accommodations. This was an excellent option. Friendly and welcoming staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. If you have extra time there’s lots of shopping and eating within walking distance. We 100% would stay here again.
