Summary: Spent a week in June. Views from the property are absolutely breathtaking. Right at the base of Cannon Mtn in a quiet little neighborhood. Owners were super responsive, accommodating and have maintained a very comfortable home. Was a great home-base for exploring the White mountains.

Summary: My family and I found this place while planning our trip to the white mountains and I'm glad we did. The place was very nice, really quiet and has a great view. The hosts were pleasant and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely go back!

Summary: This spacious, clean home was the perfect base camp for our vacation. There are numerous hiking and outdoor activities near by, the neighborhood is convenient to I-93 and the glorious Mountain views from inside were a wonderful “bonus”. We loved the uncluttered, tasteful interior and all of the beautiful wooden features made for a relaxing environment. We would highly recommend this rental.

Summary: We rented the chalet as our base for a week in the White Mountains in early August. All six of us, including four teenagers had a great time. Probably the best feature of the chalet is the view, over the mountain ranges towards the northwest. From the family room and dining area through a panoramic window, the view changes with the weather and time of day, never quite the same, but always amazing. The kitchen is very well appointed with modern higher end appliances, and has ample storage space for food etc. All beds had very comfortable foam mattress, bathrooms were pretty recently redone, and the family room has two large comfortable sofas. We had nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness. An earlier review mentioned that the grill was disappointing, which we cannot confirm. At one point a disconnect/reconnect of the gas tank was required to restore proper gas flow, but then the grill lit easily and was quickly up to cooking temperature. If we had any complaint, it would only be that we might have liked to eat outside on the deck sometimes, but there is no table or chairs. A fire pit to enjoy evenings outside would also be a nice feature, but then we don't know if local codes even would allow for that. It is a clear that the lack of these features would not come into play for a winter/ski rental. The owner was very responsive for any questions that we had during the stay. Texting was very convenient to get in touch.

Summary: We enjoyed the location, views, and the space was great. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. I had to take towels out of the dryer and I folded them and put them aside while I washed our workout gear. The grill was a disappointment, we did not use it. No chairs or table on the deck.

Summary: I've rented Vacation houses before but this is one I would really want visit again. The house is really kind of private and it was well furnished, bathrooms were really clean and well kept. Everything is near by from the house Lake echo, Aerial tram, The basin , Flume gorge.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Franconia house on Cannon Mtn. It was welcoming and cozy, had very comfortable sofas in the common area with a wonderful view from the large window. The kitchen is well equipped and ready to be used for serious cooking and baking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and neat. Definitely considering returning during the ski season as well!
