Positive: A rustic cabin in the woods that is a short stroll down the road from the historical Robert Frost home. Close to Franconia Notch and Mt. Washington. Kitchen is well equipped; wood-burning fireplace in living room. Large dining room table; Washer and dryer were very handy.

Negative: It would've been helpful to have instructions to operate appliances and electronics, i.e.: stove; washer/dryer. The washer beeped all night until we could figure out how to turn if off. In the end, we figured out how everything worked.

Summary: A quiet and restful stay in the New Hampshire woods.

Positive: - Location is great, very quite, secure and relaxing - Kitchen is fully equiped (with dishwasher, Microwave etc.) - Heat system is great - Good internet connection - Fireplace in the living room - The place is clean

Negative: - squeaky bed (particularly the room that has the small barhroom) we had to pend the 2nd night in the other bedroom where the bed was less squeaky - the heater n the room had some noise when turning on.

Positive: No neighbors, not to far off a main road, little to no traffic.

Negative: Had issues with freezer not freezind/ keeping this frozen Fridge did not keep everything cold. They dod send someone out once but it was not resolved. We lost alit of frozen meat. Bed in master bedroom was horrible. "Matress" hung over the bed frame by at least 12 inches and had no give felt like sleeping on a slab.

Positive: The location of this property is excellent. Views of the mountains from the front, easy access to main road into Franconia, nice shower (pressure and temperature), comfortable bed, good wifi and streaming services, cosy woodstove and lots of wood provided. The cottage is rustic and yet very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second toilet is a bonus. We loved everything about our stay.
