Canthony's Cottage is a beautifully decorated, charming condo in Estancia on the 3rd floor! It has stairs or an elevator so anyone can stay and the floor plan is all one level. The minute you step in, you will love it. The living room is spacious with 3 leather sofas (2 are sofa sleepers). A lovely entertainment center holds your flat-screen TV and a fun fireplace to use. The kitchen is pristine and has knotty alder cupboards, granite countertops, and sleek stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas stove. The kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve your family meals. The dining room table is large and can seat up to 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. Just outside through sliding glass doors is a deck with seating and a grill for more cooking options. Enjoy the views and relax all year round outdoors here in St. George!
This home has a large master bedroom with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and a nice full bathroom. The second bedroom is also large and has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed that the kids (big and small) can enjoy. This bedroom also has a TV. The main full bathroom is roomy and next to the 2nd bedroom. In the hall, you have a full washer and dryer for your use and convenience.
Estancia is located in St George directly in the “Green Valley” area. Do you want a home with a pool view? Summary: We enjoyed our stay during spring break. The location is wonderful, the parking was great.. beds were really nice.. it was the perfect size for our family of six. They were able to spread out and not feel cramped since it swept 10.
