Come enjoy Southern Utah at its finest in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of comfort. Enjoy a lighted sports court with basketball and pickle-ball. Relax in this 2 bedroom apt. with an extra vanity, one full bath, laundry room with a full size washer dryer, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of space (just under 900 sqft.) private outdoor patio. Located 12 miles from St. George, 3 miles from Sand Hollow State Park and sand dunes, 30 miles to Zion National Park. Quail Lake State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater close by. This is a downstairs apt with a private entrance. Owners on site and live upstairs (please be aware of possible noise from a family living upstairs) Bedroom one has a king bed, closet, love seat, two nightstands, dresser, with usb and plugins, and extra vanity, this bedroom has a vanity in it and is connected to the full bathroom. Bedroom two, has an additional king bed, love seat, lots of space. Laundry/food service area includes small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and simple dining bar. Outdoor area includes private patio with sitting area, also has access to a basketball/pickle-ball court with equipment provided, this court has lights and can be used from 7am to 10pm. Parking provided in front of the house, if you have a trailer, please contact owners for details. Parking must be off the street with access to the private entrance on a sloped concrete sidewalk. NO PETS, NO SMOKING on property of any kind.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this location. The rooms are clean with extra bedding if needed. The bathroom is clean. The outdoor hot-tub was great. No issues whatsoever. We enjoyed getting to the property via the backroads from St George.

Summary: Excellent property with incredible owners. Everything was clean and the washer and dryer was key. The owners thought of everything, from a coffee machine and microwave to the soap and dryer sheets. All of the comforts of home.

Summary: I appreciated everything about this property. It's conveniently located. It's spacious and allows plenty of privacy between rooms. The property manager was very helpful with my questions of the area and accomodating of the things i needed on a whim.

Summary: This is a beautiful room to stay in. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. My #1 need on vacation is peace and quiet. We had traveled for many hours and really needed rest. We got there at 3pm. Someone was working/cleaning/banging upstairs until 9pm. This is a beautiful room. But if you are looking for a quiet place for rest, I’d look for something else.
