Positive: Very good localization near to Monaco /Monte Carlo in amazing Cap d'Ail .Very good railway and bus connection to Nice , Cannes, Eze , Monaco. Perfect contact with flexible owner who will help you everytime you will need it . In beautiful , clean penthause you can find everything you will need for your stay . Iconic views throught all windows and from large balcony all the day and night 😀. If you want garage - is available. It was our best summer holidays ever.
Negative: We miss such beautiful views now much more then before 😁.

The apartment is super clean, beautifully done, stylish without trying too hard. You can tell someone really cares about this place. Everything just works, it’s comfortable, bright, and honestly? You kinda don’t want to leave. But the real magic? Alessandra. What an absolute angel. So kind, warm, and helpful without ever being too much. She talked to us like old friends, was always available for anything we needed, and just has this energy that makes you feel instantly at ease. You can feel her heart in the space. And that’s rare. Positive: A very stylish apartment on the top floor of a historic villa with a great view and location! The terrace is a real gem. Secured area with parking onsite. The apartment is very well equipped, has a nice collection of books and a chimney in the living room. The bed is super comfortable, bathrobes and towels are comfy too. The host is very friendly, flexible and easy to communicate. And everything you need is just around the corner - the supermarket, the fruit stand, the bakery, the pharmacy, etc. And the beautiful beach of La mala!

Negative: The name of the apartment does not correspond to reality, there is no luxury, very cheap renovation (wallpaper is pasted in pieces, old doors, furniture from Ikea, everything is absolutely not thought out, very inconvenient to use). The location is not bad, the sea is nearby, but during the entire vacation we did not sleep a single day!!! All night long, traffic thunders on the street (unloading groceries into the store and taking out garbage). We chose this apartment because of the terrace, but we didn’t use it as planned, there is no canopy or even an umbrella on it, and the most important thing is that there is a small table and only two chairs on it, and there were four of us, the owner for the whole time never solved this problem, but when checking out we were asked why we didn’t use the chairs from the kitchen, which were twice as high as the table on the terrace, it was very unpleasant to hear that. Our rating is 6 out of 10. We travel a lot and can’t understand why no one can make quality repairs and provide decent service, because everything is available for this...
