Summary: Great location, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure and temperature. The three stars is the likely from the impact that most hotels in this category seem to have had from lingering covid practices, ie, intermittent staff attending to things like coffee refills, linen changes, etc, (though they would if I called), on-call reception (it is safer if a manager or responsible person is on the property 24/7). The manager was very personable and accommodating when he was there. I would stay here again but bring my own coffee supply. I noticed the price went up significantly after we checked in. Book early!

Summary: While the rooms are typical of an older motel, the Cape Cod Inn is very well maintained and the rooms are spotless. The managers were lovely and helpful. The rooms have updated furniture with a comfortable bed. Everything worked well. The location of the hotel, right on Main St in the heart of Hyannis, was great. I would definitely return.

Summary: Bed was clean and comfortable parking is tight room is dated only one chair and a desk neighbor hood has a lot of homeless people which is not the motel’s fault but is the reality of Main Street Hyannis
