Positive: We loved our stay! Our room was very attractive, so comfortable and very clean. Greg was a great host. The abundant flowers and lovely landscaping made our visit memorable. We would definitely return!

Positive: This place is owned by thoughtful and helpful local. He left a welcome note and chocolate covered raisins for us. The location is great. It is close to restaurants, shops, and beaches. The room had more of an apartment feel to it. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom and it had a window you could open which I loved! The locks are with keys and you can chain it from the inside at night too. There was also a pool that went as deep as 8 ft on one side which we hardly see anymore. They allow you to borrow their beach chairs and towels for the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it.

Positive: Great location to be in the middle of the Cape so it was easy to drive to everything we wanted to do. Inn is very cozy and clean, owner was friendly.

Positive: It was a quiet hotel. Small and cozy. Our room included a queen bed, a fridge, a tv that swung away from the wall left or right, and a small daybed. The bed was super comfy with 2 fluffy pillows & a soft fuzzy warm blanket as well. The ac was nice & had a remote. There was ample closet space for our things. Necessities were on hand, with a list of other available convenience items available at the front desk. Breakfast included muffins, donuts, a yummy blueberry coffee cake, and coffee and hot water for tea with milk & half and half on hand. The small breakfast room also had a microwave. Tea bags, and sweeteners were handy too. There were no plates, but plenty of napkins! Location was great with gas stations, shopping, dining, and tourist attractions like an awesome place with mini golf, and arcade, and go karts down the street. Staff was also knowledgeable about local attractions & guides were provided for ppl to take too.
Negative: Nothing! It was perfect!
Summary: Loved everything about it & will stay again!

Positive: Greg, the owner has years of hospitality experience and it shows. He had a handwritten note with a box of chocolates waiting for me in my room. He walked me to my room. He is so kind and makes you feel at home. He has delicious coffee, fresh donuts and muffins for you in the morning! I didn’t want to leave. Exceptional experience!
