Positive: I loved everything about this place. From the immaculate room to the cozy atmosphere. It is nestled in off the road so you hear zero traffic noise. Situated in a perfect spot, close to everything, yet so private. My husband and I are already planning our trip back! I have a feeling they get a lot of repeat guests who loved their time there as much as we did!
Negative: There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place! 10/10
Summary: This place is fantastic!

Positive: The landscaping was gorgeous and the quaint atmosphere
Negative: The towels and bath clothes seemed very old and worn out. But they were clean of course. The day bed mattress was very poor quality, bag of springs kind of mattress. Probably fine for little children not for adults. If I had known that in advance, it would’ve been helpful.
Summary: Lovey little place with attentive owner.

Positive: I love how cozy it felt and how quaint the place looked, it was just the place I’d love to wake up to in the morning on a weekend trip out to the Cape, beautiful decorations outside, it’s on the main road but felt like you were in your own little bubble. The owner helped us out and he super friendly and accommodating.
Negative: We liked everything! If there was one thing I had to change, it would be to add better ventilation to the bathroom. Maybe some rooms are better equipped but it got really steamy after a shower.
Summary: We loved it! Good value! Beautiful place, would be back!

Positive: Everything about my stay was wonderful. Greg checked me in, walked me to my room and is the kindest host I’ve ever met. The inn itself is so beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained and decorated. It’s a short walk to the beach where you can grab a lobster roll then watch the waves roll in. Honestly this place is wonderful in every way. Coffee and donuts every morning and the friendliest host ever. Highly recommend staying here. The value for what you get is incredible.
Negative: I loved literally everything about it
Summary: Wonderful from start to finish
