Located just a half mile from downtown Kennebunk, and four miles from the beaches (we provide beach parking passes) and Kennebunkport's Dock Square, our home's location makes it easy to drive, walk or bike to local restaurants and shops.
This three-bedroom, two-bath, two-story Cape style-home has a two-car garage, and it's conveniently located a mile from the Maine Turnpike, with Portland, Maine and Portsmouth, NH just a half hour north and south, respectively.
Comfortable and cozy 1,800-square-foot home features hard wood floors and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island for food preparation. The large living room features a reclining sofa and two chairs, a 65 inch flat screen TV, and glass sliding doors opening to the backyard. office space and a sofa, and overlooks the sunny backyard. The sun room features Two full baths, one on each floor, feature a stand-up shower and a jetted tub.
All three bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom and offer queen-size beds and two twin beds.

Summary: This was our second stay. Carl does an amazing job thinking of everything a guest may need. The home is beautiful with an inviting yard in a quiet picturesque neighborhood. It is close to everything yet tucked away so one can enjoy the quiet. We feel at home the minute we arrive. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house was very nice. The property was real nice with a beautiful quiet backyard. The owner had anything you might need for your stay. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. Also, the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies. He also 2 beach passes for the local beaches that were great to have. There were some games to play. The owner was quick to respond to a question I had.

Summary: Our 3rd time staying here! Very comfortable house with all the amenities. Location is excellent with easy access to may wonderful spots in Maine. Love the included beach passes. Feels like home away from home! Looking forward to returning!

Summary: Really nice Maine house. Appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival and fresh garden tomatoes. If bringing kiddos, definitely bring some toys for them.

Summary: This property was just as pictured and what we were looking for. It was very clean and spacious for my daughter, 2 granddaughters and me. The kitchen was very well stocked and, in fact, lacked nothing that we needed. There was an abundance of towels and outdoor chairs when we had guests. The bottle of wine welcoming us was an added surprise. The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and the neighborhood excellent for walking her. The home was very private and located in a quiet area. We hope to return again next year.

Summary: The communication with the host was outstanding. Carl returned contact and answered questions quickly. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was our first vacation with our 1 yr old granddaughter, and we all had so much fun. The home is an easy drive to the beach, market and downtown and the port.

Summary: Our stay in Kennebunk had all the comforts of home while on vacation. There was even a small vegetable garden to pick a ripe tomato to enhance our beach lunches The fenced in private back yard was perfect for a barbecue and playing family games. Close to several beaches and great restaurants, this home it perfect! Of course there are trips to the candy store and an evening ice cream treat if desired.
