Summary: My husband, 12 year old daughter and I had a great time at this house! The pool was amazing - almost didn’t want to leave to go do all the other activities we planned while visiting this area of the state. The owner was super responsive to our questions. The house was well appointed. We loved the location and privacy in the backyard. We would definitely come back!

Summary: We spent Father’s Day weekend visiting family and this house was perfect for all of us! The kids loved the pool and large grass area where they played baseball. The adults loved the BBQ and lounging by the pool. Home was super clean, host was great at communicating, and the house was stocked with all things to make our trip go smoothly. Can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Summary: The neighborhood is so charming ! My kids lived in the pool and loved the backyard. The master bedroom bed is so comfy. My only negative is that the master bedroom faces the street and the car lights come straight into the room. Black out curtains would be great or bring an eye mask. The communication with the owner was great. We would book this home again.

Summary: This was such an enjoyable stay. The house is meticulously clean and exactly as pictured. My husband and I brought our 2 small children and it was a blast. Very secluded, yet close to everything we needed. Dan and Dianne were very responsive and kind. Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental! Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Summary: A peaceful and private retreat with an outstanding pool! Our teen grandkids loved the depth! The home is lovely, clean and fully equipped with everything family needs. The host is fabulous and very responsive.

Summary: We were in Medford for a softball tournament and this was the perfect place to hang out as a family after games. We had everything we needed and more!! Will definitely look to stay here again next summer.

Summary: We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the Capital House. The house was clean and exactly as described on the web (including the wild turkeys, which we saw!). The Pool was warm, and was very appreciated by especially with the hot summer we were having. Checkin was extremely simple and I appreciated the touchpad lock. The House is on a very quiet street, but a 5-10 minute drive to anything that Medford has to offer. All-in-all, this ended up being the perfect spot for us on a our Road Trip from Portland to Sacramento. We would definitely stay again if we are near the area. Thanks!
