Freshly built single bedroom Cottage with spacious living area, an airy kitchen, and a large walk-in shower. Gated Driveway on a flag lot with two homes, sets the stage for a very private but ideally located home. Located in Downtown Grants Pass, minutes from I-5, and a short walk down to the Rogue River. Very comfortable & private for the location. Cozy covered back patio with fenced in turf yard, furniture & a grill usable year round.
Private Setting - On a flag lot with two homes, that sets you back off the road and away from noise & traffic. All fenced in with a gated driveway & also a separate fenced in turf yard to comfortably enjoy the patio and yard without worry. We are always updating the home from past guests recommendations & strive to provide the best stay possible!
Spacious 1 bed, 1 bath brand new custom built home. Some of the unique features of our home are; a large kitchen island with seating, open shelving that wraps around the kitchen, turf putting green in the backyard space (putters & balls provided), shiplap vaulted ceilings & concrete floors throughout the entire home, large sliding barn doors, a walk-in wall tiled shower & a cozy King Bedroom complete with a TV & walk-in closet. If you have any questions about the home & overall space feel free to message us!
The garage attached to the home is NOT accessible for parking in, because it is the designated laundry room.
We have comfortable parking for 1 standard car, if you are towing or have more cars than that, message us and we will try to accommodate your needs.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy on the property & in the home. If home is left with any smell of smoke (including marijuana) you will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee.
The property has 2 homes on it & the parking spaces/area & driveway are shared with other guests.
As shown on the map & also noted on the listing (potential for traffic noise) the home is located right in town - we do provide ear plugs, portable fans, & a sound machine for anyone who may be extra sensitive to road noise.
LANDSCAPING - We have a landscaper come once a week to the property to maintenance all landscaping on Tuesdays after 10am.

Summary: Such a cute place! When my sister and I walked in we were so impressed! The details with the decorating of the house, to the cannisters with different flavors of little creamers, different flavor keirug coffees. Back patio is adorable! Mini golf too! Such a relaxing home! I was super impressed !!

Summary: Newer well built house on gated property in Grants Pass. Beautifully executed construction, very clean, very comfortable bed, new washer and dryer, even has a garage for a small car. Only drawback is the traffic noise in the area, provided ear plugs were a nice touch

Summary: Such a cute cozy place! Had everything you would need. The back yard area was so cute, bummed I couldn't spend more time out there with the smoke in the air. Would have been very relaxing. Good location, easy access to freeway and downtown. Worked remotely for a few days, WiFi wasn't great, next time hopefully no work, all play. Would definitely stay again as long as it's all fun and no work.
