Positive: The location of this property was fantastic. The yard was really great to hang out with our group. The house had everything we could need, comfortable beds and lots of space.
Negative: There aren’t any negatives.

Positive: We loved the design of the house and the location. It was only a few short minutes from the capitol and the sights. It was spacious, clean, and well taken care of. We loved that it had a balcony and a fenced backyard with a play kitchen for our kids to play in.
Negative: The closet in the bedroom with a balcony had an odd smell that stuck to our clothes. The parking situation was inconvenient at times, but not a deal breaker. This is just nitpicking, but at least one king sized bed would have been nice or a fouton in room. We were traveling with our two toddlers whom we shared a bed with because they were scared to be by themselves in another room.
Summary: Our stay here was nice and pleasant.

Positive: Great location with bus routes to the mall from every direction. Because of the abundance of access to public transportation, we did not have to adhear to any one bus schedule or route when venturing out. Due to a heat wave we did not get to spend too much time outside in the yard or upstairs deck. However the interier was awesome and always cool/comfortable on the first floor. Loved the huge dining room table; great for families. Having the umbrellas handy was helpful. Using the clothing washer/dryer was a must (especialy with families). Having a full kitchen allowed us to be more selective in our food shopping. Thanks for the coffee bar!

Positive: AS advertised. Well stocked, roomy, well furnished row house. Very nice kitchen with all supplies (paper towels, napkins, coffee, filters , dishes, utensils, etc.) Very close to a tram, which connects to a main transit station (metro, buses, and trains) within about a mile.. A private enclosed backyard seating area, with table, chairs, and gas grill. Large TV plus a projection TV.
Negative: No on-site parking. Local street parking is available, but tight.
Summary: A very clean, comfortable well furnished house, in a quiet neighborhood.
