Summary: This location could not have been better. Lovely and light basement apartment close to everything we wanted to walk to see. Clean, spacious and with enough kitchen room to eat in when we wanted to. Only reached out to Darryl twice (not with a problem) and he responded right away...thanks Darryl for sharing your great space with us!

Summary: Very nice apartment. It was clean, quiet, and the location was great. Near Union Station and several restaurants. My husband and I are both tall and really appreciated that the shower head was placed high enough that we did not need to squat to use it!

Summary: The location is terrific--right next to Union Station on a charming neighborhood street! The apartment is nice--does not feel like a basement at all. Well-decorated, nicely appointed, with a great kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Keyless entry works well, and communication with the owner is also terrific. I recommend!
