This is a legal rental unit with separate front and back entrances. The home has an inviting beautifully landscaped front garden, and sits on a tree lined street.

Summary: Spacious one bedroom apartment, well stocked (host thought of everything!) and very communicative throughout the stay. Very accommodating, close to the metro (or walking distance to the library of congress, capitol and national mall anyway) and stores nearby. Would definitely stay again

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay at for me during my 3 months in DC. It is so central and you can get to anything using the metro. Grocery stores were in walking distance and there were lots of shops nearby. The host communicated well, even through some Vrbo glitches! The place was stocked with basics and I had a very easy stay. Thank you!
