Positive: The location is spectacular. The rooms are like tree houses. The buildings are lively.
Negative: Housekeeping took our trash can and never brought it back. I even requested at front desk another. No luck. Maybe they are short on supplies, management needs to check that out.

Positive: The daytime shift was phenomenal .and the evening shift needs to work on their hospitality and communication skills. The were rude and not the friendly kind .

There wasn’t a tour guide to show you around and give you the history behind the island . There wasn’t anything or place to shop for souvenirs close by.The food was overpriced. Couldn’t get room services to clean room not change the linen so she always had an excuse why she couldn’t or had to keep asking for simple things such as towels or tissue. Had ants in room no one came by to fix the issue. That one of the night shift workers lied and tried to charge me something that I didn’t get in a timely manner and took it upon themselves to dispose of it.
Summary: The daytime shift keep up the good work and keep the good vibes…. As for night crew treat people the way you would want

Positive: Beach is nice. liked the semi seclusion as there weren’t many people at the resort. Breakfast on the weekend was plentiful and more varieties than the weekdays. Room is spacious.
Negative: Need a car to get around, since car service will have you spend much more than you want or expect. If you want your bed redone everyday- you have to ask. It says its a luxury resort but I would lean it more to a three star resort.
Summary: The photos & sales pitch of booking page gave high expectations, but overall it was still relaxing

Positive: Location. Secluded with private beach. Generally well-maintained and largely clean. Pool is excellent. Room was very nice. Spacious. Great deck. Nice bathroom. Lobby is super nice. Pool table. Table games. Very nice all around.
Negative: Cable was spotty. But let’s be honest: if you came to St. Croix to watch TV you have bigger problems. Food was - like everywhere on the island - expensive and average. All in all, nothing really to complain about.
Summary: We loved it. The location is great. The resort is nice for the money.

Positive: The location was okay. It is great for individuals who may just want a relaxing vacation to hang out on the beach as it is nothing in the immediate area. The grounds are for the most part well kept. Majority of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Negative: The resort needs to extend the hours of the two resturtants on the premises. The bar closes at 10pm which is a little early for those who may want to continue enjoying themselves on the beach. The resturtants also need better and larger menu selections. Lastly better com.unucation is needed as it relates of issues that effect the entire resort; ie: the televisions were nit working in any rooms throughout our 5 day stay and at times we were unable to charge meals to our room do to the system being down.
Summary: Pleasant and enjoyable despite a few hiccups
