Positive: A great hotel that’s less than a minute from the train station, and within 10mins of key locations shops,cafes,restaurants and shopping centres. The service is magnificent and will always try and make your stay as comfortable as possible, any issues will be sorted quickly and swiftly, room service happens if you stay longer then 2 nights and they throughly clean your room in the mornings or upon request, the staff is lovely and have nice personalities and will always listen to your concerns. If you get the opportunity to try the spa and massages at this hotel the service is 5/5 stars and they always deliver via it be by giving amazing relaxing massages or incredible skin care treatments, my stay here for one week has been the best it could have been, thank you, Carbon Hotel-Differnent Hotels.

Negative: The only critique I would have is the bathroom not having air fresheners so it can be a bit smelly.

Summary: Perfect, the staff especially the receptionists and the lovely woman who does the massages and skin treatments was fabul

Positive: nice location, easy parking, friendly staff

Negative: something wrong with the toilet in my room, it smelled. Also the water in the basin did not empty. Nothing that impacted my sexpereince to much though

Positive: Spacious, rather clean, quiet.

Negative: Can't control heating, bedsheets were too short, pillows were old, way too big and full of big crumbly chunks of foam, tap was fidgetty, the floor was plastic and the corridor smelled a lot like plastic. A huge TV was plated in the floor right in front of the bed, felt a bit likebeing in a Black Mirror episode. Breakfast was decent but very little choice in charcuterie (only bacon), in eggs (only dry scrumbled eggs) and only croissants, no decent frsh bread or any other viennoiserie or cake. They put a lot of effort into seeming "different", but for the price (180 per night) it definetly didn't exceed bare minum and didn't cover sme basics.

Summary: Avarage decent but expected more for the price

Positive: The hotel was modern and clean and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect.

Negative: The temperature wasn’t easy to manage and we were not able to turn on / off the lights with the master switch
