Positive: The room was clean and could tell it had been recently updated. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: Grounds could have been improved. One chair at desk. Alot of stuff on desk could have been put on a shelf above fridge and TV could be hung on wall so you could use the desk. Another chair in empty corner would be nice.

Negative: Room was small BUT has everything - microwave, mini fridge, tub, bed, small TV. I did not like the pillows and how the overhead lamp's switch is right by my head when I lay down in the bed.

Negative: The advertized breakfast was when I arrived at the Inn postponed until later in the season. The bathroom fan was so noisy it was a nuisannce.

Negative: Dated rooms and beds were a bit old.

Negative: We were on a ground floor (as requested). The room above us sounded like a herd of elephants (literally) coming and going (including at around FIVE am) …. Please space the lower/upper rooms as the motel was not super full….just a thought…

Summary: Rooms had recently been upgraded and had nice bedding/new laminate floor which was nice
