Positive: Friendly front desk staff. Room is a little old, but it is clean & of decent size & with a balcony. There is a tram station (Tuan Jie station) just outside the hotel & it leads all the way to Sanya train station at only 3 yuan (for entire tram line). There are amenities within walking distance (convivence store, eateries, mall) & of course the beach.
Negative: The shower is of very low pressure which might not be enjoyable.

Positive: In the bathroom, where the toilet and sink are located, the shower is really not well designed. If you don't plan your bath in advance and don't pay attention to where you turn while showering, you will flood the entire bathroom. Apart from that, I had no other problems at this price. The location of the accommodation is good for backpackers. Very close to small and large shops, local and international fast food restaurants (McDonald's), etc., everything can be found in a few minutes. I think public transport is good, with iPhone maps you can plan small and large trips perfectly. The local bus pass can be activated in the Alipay app.
