2 Bedroom Condo in La Grande Princesse, Christiansted

Newly renovated! Gorgeous glass wall sliding doors where you step out to your private patio complete with furniture and BBQ, then from the patio out to the sand, shells and surf!. Our ocean front condo it on the first floor with easy access from the front door or the glass doors (Oceanside).
Our place has a brand new Central Air System which is a unique luxury in St. Croix. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with the living room and master bedroom facing the surf. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped including a blender for all those fabulous frosty drinks so you can enjoy the local rum our island is famous for!
We have cable and WIFI, plus a DVD player complete with popular movies for your enjoyment.
Our condo is also next to the large swimming pool (and clubhouse) that runs along the water's edge making for a beautiful view.
Our patio is a nice size for a table, umbrella and chairs as well as lounge chairs which we've provided, in addition to boogie boards and snorkel gear for your use. Our coastline is the place of choice for surfers which are a joy to watch! The waves are strongest here so it's not ideal for snorkeling but just up the beach the reef is out a ways and it's calm for snorkeling. We have mostly coral and shells so you will want beach shoes for shell seeking and boogie-boarding. Have a look in the photos to see the cool shells and brain coral rocks you will see!
My favorite feature of our island home is falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. We hope you'll love it too.

Summary: This place is as advertised. Beautiful location very private and very short drives to what ever you need. Sunny is a joy to deal with and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and is very quick to respond to any questions. The condo has everything you need and feels like I was staying at my own place. I highly recommend this condo. I have stayed on island many times and this is one of the best places I have been. :) Thanks Sunny!!

Summary: Definitely close to water and the pool was really nice. The AC worked really great in majority of condo, but not as well in master. Overall a good place to stay.

Summary: The condo was great and just like the description. Both bedrooms were large and it was great having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Unfortunately when we were visiting it was really windy so a lot of seaweed washed onto shore and the waves were so big you could not go into the water out front. The condo is 10 minutes from Christenstead and 20 minutes from Fredricksted. We did scuba diving, snorkeling & ziplining, really fun. All of the restaurants along the Christenstead boardwalk were great. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Summary: Centrally located near Christiansted's restaurants, bars and activities. Walking distance to Blues Backyard BBQ for good food, bartender and music in casual environment. Short drive to Food Town market. Half hour drive to Eastside beaches, Cane Bay dive area, or Westend beaches and restaurants. Sunny provided all needed information, condo essentials and many non-essentials to enjoy an extended stay. She is quick to respond to any issues should they arise.

Summary: Our stay in the condo and time on STX was incredible. This condo is mid island so easy to get to C-sted, F-sted, airport and all around. I loved that this was in a less touristy area so we were able to try local food in the neighborhood, hit the resorts for entertainment and snorkel twice a day at various beaches. Our friends live in C-sted Harbor and would have recommended a place in town - but this was the absolute right choice! Central air and 2BD/2BA were my must-haves and this was one of the few places with both (vs. window AC or split/ductless) and the price was half of what it is in town. Waking up to the sound of ocean and that view! We had the huge pool to ourselves every time we went. It wasn’t until day 2 or 3 that we saw another person on-site. I knocked off one star for cleanliness of bathroom but acknowledge heat + moisture make it very hard to prevent mold and mildew. Owner and property manager were great hosts and communication exceeded expectations (extremely responsive and helpful - gave suggestions and even offered a zoom call (which went to spam so I didn’t see until we got there) to answer any questions or set up activities). A car rental is a must - SUV is best due to speed bumps and some of the roads in rainforest and up to Pt Udall. Pack bug spray for at night. Eat at Junie’s - local recommended and you won’t be sorry! And yes the La Reine Chicken Shack is worth the hype!
