Positive: I loved the cleanliness of the condo. The view of the ocean was excellent! Furniture was in good shape and accented the room nicely. Kitchen was clean and functional. Directions were left in the unit which were helpful for how to use a/c and what to do when leaving at the end of my stay. The owner provided information on the closest grocery store and a website for things to do during my visit. The furniture created an inviting atmosphere.
Negative: The condo was beautiful. The view of the ocean was excellent. There was construction going on next door to my unit which was loud and went on for several days while I was staying there.

Positive: Amazing location, the view of the balcony is unbeatable. Good amenities. The apartment has beach chairs, ice chest, a good size kitchen and washer and dryer. The neighbors are super friendly and the staff is welcoming and nice. I will stay here again gladly.
