Summary: The rooms were renovated and are sparkling clean and comfortable, however, the common premises need an update (broken outdoor shower, out-of-service elevator, landscaping needs TLC). Some staff were very helpful and friendly (especially the ones at the Ocean Bar and housekeeping), others not so much. As an all-inclusive, the food in the cafeteria was inedible most nights. The Ocean Bar food is very good but eating quesadillas and burgers twice a day is not that appealing. The hotel offered "motel" vibes without the motel prices.

Summary: Most of the staff were nice and very helpful.. one person couldn't be bothered with assisting us. The food options were OK, not great, but not bad. The food itself tasted great! The internet wasn't very strong, good enough for email. TV selection was very limited until I signed into my PRIME video account.. Netflix was also an option, but you'd need to log into your own account. Overall, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was updated and very nice. We had to run the hot water for about 15 minutes before it got hot in the shower, but once it did, was very nice. The shampoo and things were WONDERFUL!! I would stay there again, only I would prefer to NOT be all inclusive- mainly because my husband and I don't eat very much and we don't drink alcohol anymore. No microwave in the rooms! There's a small fridge, but a microwave would have been helpful.

Summary: We wanted a nice quiet vacation and this offered the quietness … Food choices were ok in the restaurant ..buffet was good at dinner and ok at breakfast - same options daily . Pool offered food but no variety.. same things. The Italian restaurant was opened 3 days a week … food wasn’t fabulous but better than the pool. We ate ate the Italian restaurant the first night and enjoyed calamari and salad as a starter ..when we went aging two nights later because that was the only option - the waitress with the blond braids acted as it it was a sin that we asked for calamari and salad saying the it’s not allowed … really this is an all inclusive with minimal food options …will it really cause an issue to get a few pieces of calamari with our salad ??? Out of the whole trip that was the only downfall … We rested well, pool entertainment was ok with no a lot of activities but we enjoyed meeting people

Summary: Property is away from any hustle and bustle, (pro and con)Food selection was limited and not always available, however was delicious. For an American all-inclusive resort its good but lacks compared to those of other countries. You'll have to plan or work for those food and drinks you want, they dont wait or check on you, you go to them for services. Employee were exceptional and polite. Facility is wondeful. Seaweed is an issue they are staying on top of better. Beach is good and useable for its location, if you're there to be active in water you'll want to try other beaches. Facilty and rooms were top notch, however, service for our fridge was never replenished with water in room. 4 bottle for 4 nights. Wanted anything more had to go get it yourself. Food and drink arent available 24hrs as some other all-inclusive resorts. Very little to no entertainment during our stay. Highly recommend renting a car. Feel its wonderful for a short getaway, but a longer stay and youll end up bored. I did overall enjoy our stay and would come back, however, there are better all-inclusive. I dont feel they were short staffed by any means but perhaps just not utilized properly.

Summary: Like outside bar, pool was nice, nice lobby area...Did Not like dining options only one restaurant a day..Only grill service was the only option everyday. .Very disappointed, not what was advertised.
