High end, luxury condo situated in a brand new condo building located in Downtown Loveland. Carl's Nest features two master suites furnished with king beds and en-suite bathrooms and is an affluence rental unlike anything in the area. If you are looking to relax while indulging in the luxurious lifestyle, this is the flawless spot for you.
Carl's Nest is perfect for corporate travelers or a high end vacation get away.
Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed, high end fixtures and luxurious bedding. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom to keep your privacy from the your fellow travelers.
The entire main floor is an open concept with leather couches and Smart TV in the living room. The dining room and kitchen are furnished with high end furnishings and stainless steal appliances.
Office setup is located on the second floor furnished with a desk and chair for those needing to work remotely. Private, enclosed outside patio included with patio chairs, grill, and a hot tub for your personal enjoyment!
Washer and dryer is available and supplied with soap and softener.
We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.
With its downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping nearby. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than a 5 minute walk with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.
Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

Summary: Based on my experiences with vacation rentals, I have learned to set my expectations low. Upon arrival and throughout my stay at Carl’s Nest my expectations were exceeded by a large margin. The property is very well furnished and maintained. It was as though it had been renovated the week before my arrival. Communication with the host was excellent and pleasant. If you are looking for a nice place in Loveland this is it. Go ahead and pull the trigger.

Summary: Had a little bimp getting the code to work to get in house. However everthyng was quickly fixed withba phone call. Carls Nest was spotlessly clean and welcoing. It has everthing you need for a stay. Beds super comfortable and hot tub a delight at the end of a day of traveling and adventuring.

Summary: Condo was perfect! Clean, updated, full kitchen, washer and dryer worked great. Super comfy and welcoming. Bedrooms with own bath was amazing. Beds comfy with extra linens if needed. Neighbor to left (not part of condos) and neighborhood were not ideal. Trailer park can be seen behind bedrooms and next door neighbor’s property was a disaster with a dog. We did not walk to town because of surrounding area. This has nothing to do with the listing itself, would rent again from property management, they were excellent. Just want to be sure you know the area around the condo itself.
