Positive: Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable

Negative: 2nd time booking this type of room, again failed to put extra bed in room, had to ring reception to bring up extra bed, when I spoken to a house keeper ased can we get more water she says "English not good" how can u have someone working there with lack of understanding something simple as water
