Summary: Lovely hotel in perfect location, the room was spacious and comfortable. Great location for shopping and access to the underground with easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Our only concern was that a member of staff entered our room at 6 pm after we had been shopping on the last day, they saw we were in and quickly scurried away. We raised this by email with the hotel but have had no reply.

Summary: The location was very central and ideal for what we wanted to do - restaurants, shops and transport to museums all very close by. Breakfast was very good, rooms and bathrooms were a generous size and very clean. There is one lift though which can get busy, and staying over the weekend with a room overlooking the main square meant it was noisy with the windows open, but to be expected for a central location and a lovely characterful building. Good value for money in general.

Summary: Very bad parking service.the hotel has a designated area in front of reception and the entire time we were there the space was taken not by cliente.
