Welcome to Pella on Pistache at 74 Pistache Lane.
This spacious three-story Dutch-inspired house resting at the edge of beautiful Pistache Park blends classical-styling with modern functionality to present a fun, fully functioning family vacation house.
This beautifully furnished, Dutch-inspired home is perfect for a family getaway with its five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, full kitchen with bar dining, a dining room and two living areas.
Additionally, this house uniquely merges the indoors with the outdoors with its many outdoor spaces (over 1,500 sq ft of porches and patios)— everything from a third-floor roof deck with a covered partial kitchen and screened in porch with gas fireplace on the first floor to a kitchen whose doors roll back for full access to the kitchen patio, overlooking a beautiful croquet lawn. Additional decks, porches, and patios provided lots of areas to hang out or have some people relaxation.
There are 3 fireplaces available to enjoy on a cold evening or make your classic s’mores.
The house comes stocked with board games of all types and yard games to add to the fun.
The living room, loft, master bedroom and roof deck feature Samsung Frame TV’s so you can enjoy your favorite movies or shows, catch the game or view classic works of art.
An office on the first floor doubles as bedroom with its Murphy bed and full bathroom, while the dining room shares a passthrough window with the screened in porch, perfect for entertaining.
There is a queen murphy bed on the first floor, 2 rooms with King beds, 1 room with 2 twins, and a bunk room with 4 twin beds.
Pella House has 3 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

Plenty of space to spread out with the screened in porch to the roof top lounge area. The kids loved this place with a few pools and we rented a golf cart as well.

The inside decor is stunning and all of the outdoor spaces were cozy and enjoyable for children, especially being right on the green park space. It was the perfect getaway for our friends and families. Easy to access and depart and enjoyed all of the indoor/outdoor spaces off the kitchen. The house really stands out against the others and has a unique aesthetic to it.

Summary: We had a nice stay over New Year’s. It had more room in the living spaces than some other places we’ve stayed in Carlton Landing which was nice. Great place for our two families to enjoy. Comfy furniture, nice bathrooms and very cute! The hot tub is not at the house. It’s a community hot tub down the road. That was a little confusing based on the listing. We cooked most of our own meals during our stay and the kitchen was very well stocked along with the coffee bar. We’d go back!
