This stunning newly remodeled home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, screened in porch, beautiful front porch with porch swing and incredible accommodations for 10 guests.
A spacious, open floor plan joins the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Home cooks and entertaining enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with spacious countertops, tons of cabinetry for storage, and premium stainless steel appliances. The nearby dining area offers seating for 8 guests. Luxurious furnishings and a large flat-screen television make the living area a wonderful place to relax after a long day in the sun. French doors that lead to the screened in outdoor living space which offers seating for five, plus a flat screen tv and fireplace. The main king suite with an attach bath is located on the first floor. The backdoor of the home opens up to a fenced in backyard with a brick fireplace and a place for you to enjoy a cozy night while making smores.
On the second floor are three guest rooms offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. The beautiful primary suite boasts a lavish king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The second guest room features two full beds, a mounted flat-screen television The bunk room offers a two twin built-in bunk beds and a shared bathroom between second bedroom.

Summary: Wild Horses was everything we needed for a relaxing new year getaway! We enjoyed the fire places in both the living room and screened in porch, the large well stocked kitchen, and the comfortable and clean bedrooms. Carlton Landing is such a great place to come with our family. We’ll definitely visit again!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carlton Landing amenities including the pools, restaurants, and water activities were all used by our family during our stay. Vendors recommended by LakeStay accommodated us as well and we were extremely pleased by their services. We were disappointed not find a park for our toddlers, with playground equipment or swing. The park that we located was overgrown and not well maintained, which was disappointing. We used the School playground, however it did not accommodate our toddlers, as the equipment was meant for older children.We were excited about the house we chose, Wild Horses, as we thought it would serve us well. We found it difficult to use the 2nd floor middle bath due to the shower setup by way of the claw foot tub. Also, we were disappointed by the lack of basic Kitchen cooking utensils and serving utensils.

Summary: We loved everything about the house. It had everything we needed for an older group of eight adults. The one caveat was climbing out the bunkbeds. Perhaps leave the bunkbeds for younger folks. My husband and I loved our beds.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s centrally located. Close to two of the pools and The Meeting House. The house is adorably decorated with blackout curtains in all the rooms which is a huge bonus. There were sound machines in every room as well. We had one maintenance issue with the AC it was resolved quickly after a call to the property manager. Overall a really great stay and one of our favorite homes we’ve rented at Carlton Landing. We would definitely use again.
