Summary: The Front of House Staff and Breakfast Staff was so nice but that's where the positive stops. The pool area was dirty and the water was freezing for being July. We had 3 rooms. The carpets were dirty to the point of turning our feet black when barefoot. There was hair in the tub & on the toilet seat when we checked in our room. The tub shower floor was slanted and so slippery we had to put a towel in the tub when we shower so we won't slip & fall. The hotel didn't have an elevator which was an issue for one of our family members that has issues climbing stairs. We had a 2 Queen bed room and it only had enough towels for 2 ppl. When we asked the housekeeping staff for extra towels they told us to go to the front desk and get them. Front desk said housekeeping would bring us the extra towels after 11am. We left the hotel at 1pm & still no extra towels,which meant 3 ppl had to share 1 towel after our shower since 1 towel was used in the tub. The desk phone was broken and there was no vent fan in the bathroom. The AC was turned off in the room when we checked in at 10pm Friday night. Took the AC until 3am to cool the room down. This hotel definitely needs to be upgraded and a good cleaning from top to bottom.

Summary: Musty smell and bedding had stains. Didn’t have bugs but it was very outdated and uncomfortable. Key card deactivated multiple times. Person at the front desk was nice and helpful but I won’t stay again.

Summary: Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my stay. I didn't get the room I booked, and the whole place felt super dated and smelled like stale cigarette and pot smoke. Even though the room was clean, there weren't any modern amenities. The pool was ok but small with no towels or staff around to help police the kids who took over the pool, and the breakfast area ok with hardly any fresh food. To top it all off, the smoke detector went off a few times early morning because someone was smoking in their room again according to staff. Would not recommend staying here.

Summary: The hotel was very clean and affordable with an excellent staff, However, it’s extremely outdated, and the breakfast barely had anything available. (Ex: cereal with no milk and a few pieces of bread, no fruit, no pastries, no meat, no eggs—literally the only time I’ve ever walked into a hotel breakfast area and immediately walked out.) Otherwise it was fine.
