Summary: Check-in was very challenging. We arrived late and there was no one at the desk for 25 minutes. When we did get checked in, we were given keys for a room already occupied. The front desk clerk came running down the hall yelling that we were in the wrong place. We were then escorted to the opposite wing of the building which ended up being on the opposite side from where we were parked. The breakfast however was nice. The place is showing its age.

Summary: Electric hair dryer broke & was a fire hazard. (Had to convince front desk to allow us to use another room's dryer so my wife could dry her hair). Dog food kibble left around on floor (unvacuumed carpet), microwave interior was not cleaned, no towels in the room upon check-in (had to go to the desk to request)

Summary: Room was ok, wasn't the room that we reserved. We had reserved a 1 King standerd room on the second floor but the room that we got was a 2 queen room on the first floor.
