Positive: The house is lovely and in a great location. It is well equipped and was very clean and comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we had to call the letting agent a couple of times to get doors fixed as they either wouldn't open without significant force, or, they would open but then wouldn't close properly and couldn't be locked. Hopefully, they will now get these fixed so future guests won't have the same issues.

Positive: Great location,easy to reach main shops. A great place to relax and from where to explore the island. Plenty of games were supplied to while away down time after adventuring.
Negative: Small niggles include a dripping kitchen tap, kitchen door couldn't be closed, difficult to use patio doors upstairs and a smashed window unit downstairs.
Summary: Great surroundings and specification of equipment made for a great first stay on Mull.

Positive: Location and views from the property. Attractive living space and wide range of facilities.
Negative: We stayed last year and the shattered, boarded up, bedroom window hadn't been replaced. The coffee machine still didn't work. There is a foul smell of drains on the ground floor. The property was particularly dirty on the balconies with ingrained dirt and leaves around the glazing systems. The rainwater goods appear blocked so when it rains water spills over the guttering. External paintwork is very flakey. The property is starting to appear to be poorly maintained. The flow rate of water from the showers makes rinsing shampoo from one's hair challenging. Finally and least importantly for our stay, the TV has a mind of it's own and we noticed electrical interference on some of our devices.
Summary: Fabulous place needing significant maintenance to meet reasonable expectations

Positive: We’ve stayed at dozens of holiday homes and this is by far one of the best. The house is in a beautiful location above Tobermory and although a steepish walk, it’s worth it for the incredible view. The house is luxurious and has everything you need. It was perfect for our family of 7 ranging in ages from 15-67. The beds are really comfortable and all rooms are very modern and freshly decorated. We hope to stay again one day.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like.
