Positive: The view was spectacular view from the conservatory dining room although the insect life was off putting

Negative: The room had a tiny window so the room was dark. The bathroom had an open hatch which could be shut as it was so high and rattled in the wind all night. The skirting boards in the bedroom had dirty marks on it, although the rest of the room was clean. The stair carpet was dirty and needed cleaned. While the evening meals were ok. My white wine glass had a red wine stain inside the glass.although this was replaced when I complained. On the first morning the bread was mouldy. I also didn't like that the full amount was deducted from my card days before I arrived.

Positive: Beautiful location with a great view. Building has a lot of character. Our room was large and clean.

Negative: Our room was so hot the first night that it was hard to sleep. It wasn't possible to adjust the temperature from our room. The next day, we did ask management to turn down the heat, and we opened the windows to let in cool air. Then we were fine the following nights.
