Summary: Carol's is what every B&B experience should be! She's a gracoius and welcoming host. The rooms are very clean, neat and the beds very comfortable. Her cooked breakfasts are a great start to enjoying the day, roaming the Hamptons. The pool was refreshing on our 95° stay. We were entertained by two young fawns who were born in her large fenced in back yard. I'd highly recommend you decide to pick Carol's if you visit the Hamptons.

Summary: Carole was very accommodating and very easy to work with. I had to arrive late my first night and she made sure everything for check in was super smooth. The stay was perfect. Thank you!

Summary: Carole's was well located and comfortable. Communication was good before and during the stay. Carole is very friendly and helpful with ideas of where to go We did have a couple of issues, the TV didn't work and despite her best efforts Carole couldn't get it fixed as it was a weekend. Also rather oddly some guests left without breakfast. Part of the charm of a B+B is meeting other guests over breakfast.
