Positive: Everything. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, extremely clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. Great location. They also have a very clean large pool and at night a nice fire pit. Each room has chairs on the porch you can sit outside and relax. We will definitely be back!!
Negative: The ONLY thing I didn't like is I had stated that I wanted to pay cash when I arrived instead of them charging my card ( this was an option), but when I arrived they had already charged my card.

Negative: The only issue we had was with theinternet. It was either very weak or non-existent.

Positive: Minus a few stray hairs in the bathroom it was clean, smelled nice, sheets were clean, towels were clean so thumbs up there.
Negative: The hotel it's self was fine, however the policies I really have an issue with. They charge extra per person, even if those people are children? I booked on booking like I normally do, and booked a double room. One bed for adults, one bed for the kids. I get there and the fella at the desk (who was nice) asked if I had children because extra people change the rate (even asked if there was an infant that I wasnt counting?). And I paid it but why? The room is set up for 4 people why would having more than 2 people matter? Anyway, I checked their policies on booking and it is listed, guess I should've read better. Also I feel like we were watched a little more closely than average maybe to male sure there weren't extra people staying in the room or to make sure there was no smoking, it made my wife a little uncomfortable. The pool closes early, it closes at 7 because the desk person leaves at 7. So I told my kids, we'd swim in the morning before check out. Only the pool doesn't open until it's time for check out!! If it's closed early because no one is there, should it not be open when someone gets there? Just seems really intentional to not open the pool until check out time. Also, they don't have fridges!
