Located on a secluded 10 acres within the Nantahala National Forest, you will feel like you are miles away while still being close to shopping, dining, breweries and more!
This new construction home invites you in with a large front porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The open floor plan living space is a welcoming place for your friends a family to gather with a fully equipped kitchen for making all your meals.
Spend your day exploring and hiking on the property or enjoy reading and relaxing by the tranquil stream that is just a short walk from the house. There is also a 3 hole Disc Golf Course right on the property! If you want to stay close to home, have a drink while you enjoy the stunning, long range mountain views year-round on the back deck.
After a day of adventures hang out in the game room or spend the evening making memories with friends and family around the fire pit. The two comfortable guest rooms have queen beds with enough room for everyone to rest and recharge.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Summary: So glad we found this place. It is beautiful, secluded, peaceful and relaxing. The view was spectacular even on the one rainy day we had. Saw deer and turkey on the property. Well-equipped. Close to day hikes and town. Will definitely be back.equipped and very ciean.

Summary: We had such a great stay at this cabin! It was so nice having so much space for the dogs and kids to run around. The cabin was very nice with awesome views. It's very private, but also still close to Franklin which was perfect.

Summary: This property is far enough away from the towns and parks to be peaceful but close enough to get to them easily. The cabin has plenty of room for 4 adults with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The deck is perfect for the sunset and the porch for sunrise! March is not the best month for fishing since North Carolina stocks that month and many of the rivers are closed.

Summary: We arrived at night, but the outside of the house/driveway was well lit. The next morning we were able to take in the beautiful mountain views and walk the expansive property and its trails. It is a great location with end of the road privacy and absolutely no traffic noise. It was an awesome getaway and I highly recommend this home.

Summary: My wife and I had a wonderful time at Graceland Mountain Retreat. This is our favorite area in the mountains to visit. The cottage is super clean and cozy. The views from the back porch are amazing. We enjoyed bringing our fury friends and they enjoyed the hikes around the property as much as we did. We saw deer on a few of the hikes too. There's lots to do in the area, and we always enjoy the restaurants and shopping in downtown Franklin. The locals are very friendly and caring. If you get a chance, horseback riding at Chunk Gal Stables near Hayesville is a great way to see the beautiful mountains and meet some great people and horses. We hope to come back for another visit to Graceland Mountain Retreat soon.
