Positive: The location was great. It was very clean and very well equipped. Lorenzo was easy to communicate with and left out lots of snacks which was great as we arrived late.
Negative: The beds were a little small in the second room for adults but we managed ok

Positive: There were several different foods left for the breakfast, giving multiple choices and plenty of food. There was also a small coffee machine. The property was close to several excellent restaurants and within walking distance of shopping and the old/upper city. The apartment is great for two and even four people. It is in a quiet residential area. Lorenzo was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. There is even an outdoor space/backyard.
Negative: I would suggest letting tenants know that What's App is the preferred communication tool once you have arrived for those who use another system.

Positive: The host was really generous; we had more than plenty of snacks, food and drinks. They also left a large container of soaps and creams. This is something that other hosts should do. Everything was really clean and confortable. Amazing stay.

Positive: It’s near the station and center. Almost 10 minute away from each. We had all the facilities. The host very kind!
Negative: For the breakfast there are to many sweets for out taste.

Positive: Lorenzo was at the apartment when we arrived, and we were able to check-in early. Location is reasonable - 15 minutes from the train station and 30 or so to the old town. Provided some very helpful information, and good restaurant recommendations - but need to book!
Negative: Breakfast is very sugary - would much prefer some proper orange juice and healthy cereal - less but better quality. Shower difficult to get at even temperature. Coffee machine leaks. Couldn’t get the cooker to light. Quite cold in the evening and unable to turn the heating back on. Settee very uncomfortable. Toiletries cheap. There is no 24 hour front desk, and consequently not able to leave luggage at the apartment but there are luggage depositories by the train station. Not always prompt to respond to messages.
Summary: OK, but definitely not ‘deluxe’

Positive: The host was waiting for us to arrive. Appreciated this as we arrived late at night. Lorenzo was very friendly and showed us around the apartment before leaving. He supplied us with plenty of information on the area, places to visit and eat etc.
Negative: No complaints or issues with anything.
Summary: A great place to stay in Bergamo, will definitely stay here again for our next visit if available.
