Summary: The carriage house was very clean and beautifully decorated. I was traveling alone, but always felt safe and relaxed. The hostess included lots of extra amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. I am only giving a 4 -star overall rating though because I can only give 3 stars to the category for accuracy in on-line listing. There was not a clothing iron. There was only 1 bedroom. The washer and dryer were only for guests staying 3 or more days. There was not a designated work area. These inaccuracies did not affect my visit, but may someone else’s. The only thing that disappointed me was the outside sitting area. The cushions for the patio area had been left outside for sometime. They were very dirty. I had to do some work to get two semi-clean cushions for my chair.

Summary: My husband and I and our dog spent two nights in this super cute apartment. It is within walking distance of restaurants and sights yet very quiet. Our dog enjoyed the short walk to the path along the river where we enjoyed watching the river traffic as well as a frisky river otter and a couple of herons. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Summary: The Carriage House was very nice! Clean and very nicely decorated. There was 2nd small bedroom downstairs with a separate outside entrance. The kitchen was well equipped. It was great having a garage to park in. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful time here. This was the perfect siize for me and my husband, and it was beautiful! It is close ro the river and downtown Paducah. Great place to stay with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We will plan to stay again. We loved it!
