Accommodations up to 8 offering 5 total beds (4 bedrooms: 1 full bed, Queen futon and 1 full bath on main level. 1 King, 2 full beds and 1 full bath on second level. Recently freshly painted, refinished floors on main, huge eat in kitchen, fully equipped; formal dining room; family room; screened porch and lots of outdoor living area. Maticuliously maintained home with pride of ownership of 50 years. Featured in the 2019 Highland Museum Christmas Tour of Homes. Renovated exterior includes: newly built large carport, front porch, speak easy solid wood door, vinyl architectural siding, PVC trim, large stamped concrete driveway and parking pad. Real Stone front and stone post accents. We provide one starter roll of toilet paper, trash liner and paper towels. Please bring extra should you need them. For the convenience of our guests, We also offer late checkout/early checkin when available.

Summary: We gathered at the Carroll House in Ashland for my son’s Marshall University graduation. We had a lovely stay, the home was well stocked with all we needed. Jennifer responded promptly to any questions. We gathered in both the kitchen and the living room which had lots of seating and were perfect for us! Thanks to our hosts.

Summary: Jennifer was very responsive to our requests for things. Very hospitable and reliable. We enjoyed our family visit at her lovely grandmothers home. Such a charming Ashland neighborhood and very convenient to the Ashland bridge and Kroger. We would def stay there again.
