Summary: Did online checkin so when I got to hotel lady at desk just had to print papers and we were good to go! We had king size room, comfortable! Breakfast was delicious!!!

Summary: Door to room did not properly close. Dirty in general, mildew in bathroom on walls and ceiling. Desk clerk was nice, but check in took forever as he was not properly trained before being given his own shift, had to call for help to get us checked in. Lobby smelled of chlorine even though pool was closed. Needs a thorough and true cleaning, not a quick toweling.

Summary: Normally I avoid lower cost hotels because I think if I pay more I get better bu this hotel in Florence was as good or better than some of the more expensive ones we have stayed at. Super comfy bed and very friendly staff! We will definitely stay again!

Summary: Nice hotel for the value. We got a good rate. Hotel was right off the main road. The staff was friendly, and the room was older but well kept and clean. We had no issues with our stay. We would gladly stay again in the future.
