Summary: We enjoyed our stay, check in was easy although there was some confusion with another couple who was apparently told that they were staying in our unit. Beds were comfy and we had what we needed, plenty of parking and no noise issues. A few mild inaccuracies from the photos, the bedrooms are not carpeted and the black chair in the living room was not present. There's not really enough comfortable seating downstairs for 4 people. We only had 3 so we were able to make it work. I would stay here again, but probably not with 4 people unless extra seating was added downstairs.

Summary: Seth made the entire process easy. We attended a concert at Bogarts and decided to make it a girls night out! The property was perfect. Beds are comfy and apartment is clean! Highly recommend.

Summary: This place was perfect for us! It was as described and had everything we needed for our visit to Cincinnati. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The WiFi was awful, and water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. Not much seating either. The beds were comfy though. Also a squirrel lives in the wall in the living room next to the a/c unit.

Summary: GREAT LOCATION, PRIVATE LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, THE BEDS ARE SUPER COMFY!! THE HOST IS VERY GOOD WITH COMMUNICATING IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. JUST A GREAT LITTLE SPOT TO STAY WHILE IN THE AREA. WE STAYED HERE TO BE CLOSE TO THE STADIUM AND TO BE ABLE TO GET TO DOWNTOWN EASILY.

Summary: Very great stay! Parking was very convenient and the neighborhood is very safe and close to many things to do. Neighbors were amazing and the check in and out process was quick and simple. No crazy rules like some hosts have. Very quiet at night. AC was nice and cool and everything was mostly clean except the floors and fridge were a little dirty. Our socks were black after walking through the house during the day. It was nothing that would severely impact a stay, but something we thought could be improved on. The wifi was rough and the poor connection made it a struggle to do anything online, especially downstairs. Seth answered my call very quickly when I was looking in the wrong spot for the door code, which was very appreciated! Overall this was a great stay, thank you!

Summary: Super comfortable beds lots of pillows cozy bedding, we were visiting family they were close by away so we loved location ,parking was very convenient we will I’m sure stay there again when we visit next time .Was not sure about doing vrbo very happy liked the door lock all my ?s were answered promptly
