Carwyn Cottage features ducted heating throughout the home and an electric fireplace appointed to the living area. A split system AC unit is also featured in the living space. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have been equipped with ceiling fans, alongside a pedestal fan in bedroom 3. Electric blankets have been supplied for all three bedrooms.
