Positive: During my stay in Palma, I had an amazing experience at a fantastic Airbnb. The apartment was incredibly spacious, filled with natural light, and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. It was also impeccably clean, which made my stay even more pleasant. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, and the pool was a great addition, making my stay even more enjoyable. The host, Balbina, was outstanding. She was exceptionally responsive to messages, quickly answering any questions I had. Balbina provided excellent restaurant recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, three of which I visited and found to be fantastic. Additionally, she was very helpful in arranging a taxi for my departure to the airport. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again.

Positive: Our host Balbina was wonderful. Very helpful and patient, she generously took her time to help out with some special requests and provided a great deal of local information which enhanced our stay. The accommodation was well equipped, just a little in need of a refresh and some attention, but clean and very good value. The local area was residential, quiet and felt safe while still being close to supermarkets and bars. The walk into the old town took about 20 minutes which was perfect as the route goes through the park which is both safe and a great way to experience and witness a little of Palma real life . We would recommend Balbina and Casa 15 and would happily return.

Negative: Just a few minor things that need attention in the house. Nothing that impacted significantly on our stay.

Summary: Well equipped, clean, good value accommodation in a quiet, lesser touristy part of town.

Positive: Great location, cute little house, had everything we needed.

Negative: For me the mattress was way too soft and hurt my back. But that is personal preference. Also the sofa needs to be fixed - the cushions slide around everywhere.

Positive: Though in the center the very location is quiet, cosy and cute. Good price to quality ratio. The tree "inside" is awesome.

Negative: In January it is pretty cold in the night despite air-con with a heating function. The bikes are falling apart, I was too afraid to use them.
